Located in a secured room at one end of the covered carport is a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer and a storage room for surfboards and bicycles. The side door off the carport is convenient for our rainy months. All homes in Paseo del Sol have high speed internet, phone lines and a security alarms. Satellite TV is available upon request.

The pool and play area are a shared area for the residents of Paseo del Sol.  A night time security guard and an electric gate are also provided for extra security for all our guests.  The property manager lives on premises and is available for all concerns 24 hours a day
